Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Medical Aesthetician/Laser Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of aesthetic treatments, particularly laser-based therapies, and will be committed to providing exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities:
- Perform advanced aesthetic procedures, including facial treatments, laser treatments, chemical peels, body contouring and more.
- Ensure patient's safety and comfort and smooth flow of patient care at all times
- Maintain a high level standard of service
- Perform comprehensive consultation and evaluation on patients to develop personalized treatment plans.
- Work with the Medical Director to develop a individualized treatment plan to ensure patient’s goals are met
- Educate patients on post-treatment care and recommend appropriate skincare products.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment, following all health and safety protocols.
- Work collaboratively with the wellness team to provide comprehensive care to our patients.
Qualifications:
- Licensed Medical Aesthetician.
- Current Laser Technician certification with hands-on experience in laser and body contouring treatments
- Strong knowledge of skin types, conditions, and appropriate treatments.
- Accurate charting and clinical documentation of each patient
- Experience in retail sales and cross selling services.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with patients and team.
- Ability to sell retail and cross promote services
- A passion for health, beauty, and wellness.
- Experience in a Med Spa is a PLUS
