We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Medical Esthetician certified in Electrolysis and Laser treatments to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in esthetics and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. In this role you will be responsible for performing various esthetics and laser treatments and ensuring the highest standards of safety and hygiene in our spa environment. Your expertise will help clients achieve their desired aesthetic outcomes while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
Duties
- Perform laser and esthetic treatments with precision, adhering to safety protocols and best practices.
- Provide consultations to clients, assessing their needs and recommending appropriate treatments.
- Maintain accurate records of client treatments and progress.
- Ensure all equipment is properly sanitized and maintained according to industry standards.
- Deliver outstanding customer service, addressing any client concerns or questions promptly.
- Promote retail products that complement treatment services, enhancing the overall client experience.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in laser technology and aesthetic services.
Requirements
- Valid facial specialist license and Electrolysis/Laser certification.
- Experience with laser treatments is preferred but not mandatory; training is available.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Knowledge of retail sales techniques to effectively promote products.
- Excellent communication skills and a calm, professional demeanor.
- Highly motivated to build clientele and achieve monthly goals.
