We are seeking a licensed Aesthetician with laser training to join our new physician owned Med Spa in the Western Chicago suburbs. As part of our spa staff, you will play a key role in ensuring our clients have a relaxing and rejuvenating experience in our facility. You will provide a variety of services, including facials, chemical peels, and hair removal, etc. Excellence in customer service is a must, and you need to be self-motivated and able to work independently. In addition to providing spa services, you will be responsible for selling and promoting our beauty and skincare products.

Esthetician Duties and Responsibilities

· Welcome clients and explain to them the list of products and services

· Assist in promotion of the health and wellness benefits to clients receiving routine skincare

· Perform professional quality skincare services, such as facials and wraps, within scope of practice and licensing, based on client’s individual needs.

· Create excellent client experience through friendly and helpful attitude

· Proficiency in aesthetic laser equipment preferred

· Complete wellness chart documentation accurately and completely

· Responsible for Social media marketing & acquiring new clients

· Training will be provided

· Follow all company policies and protocols

Esthetician Requirements and Qualifications

· High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree is a plus

· Current state esthetician’s license in good standing

· 1-2 years experience preferred, not required

· Part time/Full time availability, including weekends and evenings

· Exceptional customer service skills
