We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Massage Therapist to join our team. Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough assessments of clients' physical conditions and needs.
- Develop personalized treatment plans based on individual client assessments.
- Perform various types of massage therapies, including deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy.
- Maintain a clean and organized treatment area, ensuring all equipment is sanitized and in good working condition.
- Educate clients on the benefits of massage therapy and provide guidance on self-care practices.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Stay updated on the latest techniques in pain management and occupational health.
- Provide excellent customer service to enhance client experience and retention.
Requirements
- Valid state licensure or certification as a Massage Therapist.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology.
- Experience in pain management techniques and occupational health preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on patient service.
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients regarding their needs and treatment options.
- Familiarity with med spa environments is a plus.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
- Willingness to continue professional development through training and education.
