Your Role With Us:
As a Registered Nurse Injector, you will play a pivotal role in helping patients achieve their aesthetic goals with expertise and empathy. Your responsibilities will include conducting thorough consultations, developing personalized treatment plans, and delivering advanced aesthetic procedures such as neurotoxin and dermal filler injections, chemical peels, PRP injections, Microneedling, and laser treatments.
In this role, you’ll ensure the back-office environment reflects the professional and welcoming vision of our practice, maintain accurate and confidential patient records, and provide education on pre- and post-treatment guidelines. You’ll also oversee inventory management, coordinate marketing initiatives, and supervise the activities of the medical assistant.
Primary Functions:
- Ensure back-office environment is professional in appearance and consistent with the vision of the practice.
- Conduct thorough consultations to assess patient's needs and provide friendly and professional service.
- Develop personalized treatment plans for patients, including recommended services and products.
- Educate patients on all treatment processes including pre and post treatment guidelines, expected outcomes, and potential side effects while maintaining realistic expectations.
- Evaluate skincare needs and recommend appropriate products.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records, including charting office notes, treatments provided, and products recommended.
- Obtain informed consent for patient treatment plans.
- Aesthetic injections of neurotoxins and dermal fillers. Perform chemical peels, PRP Injections and Microneedling.
- Evaluate and perform appropriate laser treatments including Intense Pulsed Light, Hair Reduction and Skin Resurfacing.
- Oversee and maintain product and treatment inventory in an efficient and cost-effective manner.
- Direct medical assistant to place orders and prepare patients for treatment.
- Coordinate marketing specials and marketing campaigns.
- Stay up to date on the latest trends, techniques, and advancements in aesthetics and demonstrating empathy and outstanding customer service.
- Inform Physicians of adverse effects of treatment, products, or prescriptions.
- Oversee Aesthetician services provided.

Background/Expertise:
Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience as an Aesthetic Injector.
- One (1) year of Plastic Surgery/Aesthetic experience with lasers/injectables
- Experience with full facial assessment and treatment planning.
- Experience with skin care and skin assessments.
Licenses/Certification/Registration:
- Licensed in Oregon as Registered Nurse required
- Certification/Licensure as a laser technician required
- BLS required
- BSN required
Special Knowledge, skills & abilities:
- Knowledge of medical terminology and basic clinical skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and to use professional judgment in emergency situations.
- Must have basic computer knowledge and keyboarding skills.
- Ability to collaborate and work in a team environment.
- Ability to serve as team leader.
- Ability to communicate clearly and constructively-written and verbal. (Legible handwriting, accurate spelling, clear enunciation, well modulated voice)
- Must have organizational and delegation skills.
