Job Description:
Seeking an exceptional, friendly, energetic, and highly-motivated professional to join our luxury medical spa clinic as a Sales Coordinator with strong interpersonal, sales, and social skills to work at our new location in Los Altos, CA. We’re looking for a self-motivated, detail-oriented, and positive individual with great communication and customer service skills. Must be a quick learner with professionalism, great organizational skills and has a strong interest in aesthetic cosmetic procedures and/or skin care.

Description of role
In this role as a Sales Coordinator, you will be meeting with clients to build relationships, develop rapport, and determining their concerns in regard to aesthetic face and body treatments. You will encourage clients through the sales process, treatment pre and post, and follow up in coming days and months to ensure service has been up to our clinic’s standards.
Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients and develop rapport to ensure long term relationships
- Provides exceptional client service and provides support when needed
- Encourages clients to purchase services that will be beneficial to client according to clinic standards and practices
- Encourage clients on package pricing and combination treatments for best results
- Follow clients throughout treatment process to maintain client trust and relationship
- Demonstrates knowledge of and adheres to patient confidentiality and privacy laws at all times
Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in outside sales, territory sales, or business development.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with working at a MedSpa is a plus
Professional Qualifications:
- Must be fluent in English
- Appears professional and well-mannered at all time
- Ability to work independently, yet part of a cohesive team
- Sales experience required
- Sales experience in cosmetic medical aesthetics an asset; but not required
