Prestigious Plastic Surgery Practice in Atlanta seeks an Aesthetic Patient Coordinator/ Concierge
to direct and manage high-level patient relations and practice growth. This
position requires 3 years work experience in a customer service or patient
relations setting and a proven ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Ideal candidates are dynamic in personality, creative, proactive, polished in
presentation, skilled in customer service, and digitally savvy. The position requires
proven experience managing projects and superior communication skills (both
written and oral), as this position will assist with community outreach and marketing.
Responsibilities include liaising with and coordinating procedures for a discerning
clientele, presenting fee quotes, actively managing practice growth and key
initiatives and assisting with the growth of our Aesthetic Practice.
Requirements:
Undergraduate Degree (Four Year Degree Required)

Writing Samples
Professional experience, preferably in sales or hospitality.
Fluency with Microsoft Office/Excel

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
