Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Massage Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of anatomy and physiology, along with experience in various massage techniques, including deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy. This role is essential in providing therapeutic services aimed at pain management and promoting overall wellness for our clients in a med spa environment.
Duties
- Conduct thorough patient assessments to understand individual needs and health conditions.
- Provide high-quality massage therapy services, including deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and other modalities as needed.
- Develop personalized treatment plans based on patient assessments and feedback.
- Maintain a clean and organized treatment area to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for clients.
- Educate clients on the benefits of massage therapy and provide guidance on self-care practices.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to support occupational health initiatives when necessary.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring that each client feels valued and cared for during their visit.
Requirements
- Valid massage therapy license or certification from an accredited institution.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology relevant to massage therapy practices.
- Experience in pain management techniques and patient assessment is preferred.
- Familiarity with med spa environments is a plus.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on patient satisfaction.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills to interact positively with clients and staff.

Pay: $22.77 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 60 per week
