1. YOU PROVIDE YOUR OWN scheduled days.
2. You’re paid for four hours regardless, if you’re in the practice for those four hours. Meaning:
TO SHOW UP WHEN YOUR SCHEDULE IS CONFIRMED OR THE SCHEDULE FALLS APPART DO TO WEATHER OR LIFE RESTRICTIONS.
4.The practice has close to 6000 active Patients.
5. This is a great opportunity for any Nurse, willing to grow within a modern wellness environment/
6. The provider will be $60-$80 an hour based on job performance expectations and experience.
7. We are also hiring weight management providers at this time.
8. All other wellness providers positions have been filled.

Pay: $60.00 - $80.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
