Laser Engraving Machine Operator
Duties
- Operate laser engraving machines for precise labeling and graphic application primarily on metal components for the medical and dental industries.
- Configure and adjust machine settings to optimize performance.
- Monitor machine operations and make adjustments to maintain high-quality output.
- Inspect completed items for defects, ensuring compliance with specifications.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area.
- Adhere to safety protocols to ensure a safe workspace.
Skills
- Math Proficiency: Basic math for measurements and calculations.
- GD&T Knowledge: Familiarity with Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing principles.
- Attention to Detail: Crucial for performing quality inspections.
- Tooling Experience: Ability to use precision tools like micrometers.
