About the Role:
This full-time, multifaceted position requires a bubbly, reliable, and self-motivated individual who excels at multitasking. You will manage patient coordination while delivering expert skincare consultations, performing esthetic services, and administering advanced laser treatments. Additionally, you will be responsible for greeting customers, answering phones, and generating and following up on leads to grow our client base. On some days, you’ll work independently, and on others, you’ll collaborate with a Nurse Practitioner to provide an elevated level of care.
Key Responsibilities:
Patient Coordination & Client Experience:
- Greet clients warmly and assist them with their appointments, intake, and follow-ups.
- Answer phone calls promptly and professionally, addressing client inquiries and scheduling appointments.
- Work on generating and calling leads to build and maintain a strong client base.
- Deliver an exceptional client experience, fostering trust and long-term relationships.
- Contribute to social media content creation, showcasing treatments, products, and promotions.
- Promote and sell skincare products and treatment packages tailored to client goals.
Medical Esthetician & Laser Technician Duties:
- Conduct thorough skin consultations and create customized treatment plans.
- Perform a variety of esthetic treatments, including facials, chemical peels, and other advanced services.
- Administer laser treatments such as hair removal, skin rejuvenation, and tightening procedures.
- Educate clients on post-treatment care and skincare regimens.
- Ensure treatment rooms are clean, stocked, and prepared for each session.
Administrative Responsibilities:
- Open and close the spa on designated days, ensuring smooth and professional daily operations.
- Coordinate inventory management and ensure supplies are adequately stocked.
- Support marketing efforts by actively engaging in spa promotions and events.
Qualifications:
- Active Esthetician License in Texas.
- Laser certification with experience in performing laser treatments (preferred).
- Proficiency in advanced skincare treatments such as facials and chemical peels.
- A bubbly, outgoing personality with a passion for delivering exceptional client care.
- Reliable, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently or as part of a team.
- Experience with social media platforms and content creation for promotional purposes.
- Strong sales skills and ability to effectively promote skincare products and packages.
- Professional appearance and demeanor with attention to detail.
- Strong communication and phone etiquette skills.
- Experience in lead generation and client outreach (preferred).
Work Schedule:
- Full-time position with flexibility to work some evenings and weekends.
