Responsibilities Include:
- Sales - sell cosmetic procedures through contacting patient prospects daily. Selling to prospective patients through live consultations and extensive phone conversations. 5 days per week will be focused on selling, driving leads to sell, and other sales-related functions. Comfort with quoting and selling procedures and treatments ranging from a few hundred to 10k+ is necessary. Making calls and emails daily can regularly be a part of this position so you must love people, phones, and sales!
Additional Responsibilities:
- Organization – Task orientation, honesty, timely completion of assignments, and an innate desire to “get things done” is a must.
- Knowledge of medical software like Aesthetics Pro or Vagaro is preferred by not required.
- Positivity – we love patient care and seek a bubbly, positive, sunny outlook from our winning candidate. We have a zero-tolerance approach to drama and team members must work together positively and build one another up.
- Whatever it takes attitude with a sales focus – Typical Tue-Fri hours 10am-6pm Saturday 10-4 pm, but at times more or less is needed. The winning candidate will have significant income upside - with no cap or limit - if results are achieved, but must be willing to learn new concepts and unlearn intuitive ideas that do not match with the practice's structure. This is a great role for an achiever looking to grow and accomplish vs. seeking purely stability and a place to come daily. The selected candidate will report directly to the practice manager as well as have oversight and training from an industry leading consultant.
- Overseeing and managing daily operations of the location, ensuring that excellent service is consistently delivered to all members and guests.
- Achieving membership and retail sales and profitability goals & regularly monitor progress against goals.
- Managing staff, monitoring, and coaching the performance of Estheticians.
- Resolving concerns, as well as all associated record keeping.
- Managing key business operations including inventory, marketing, etc.
- Maintaining a professional, clean, and safe environment for employees, members, and guests, and developing a culture in the location that embraces and reflects the brand's core values of optimism, gratitude, excellence, consistency, and empathy.
- Leading and encouraging employee engagement by remaining active in social media campaigns and operations competitions.

- Have a strong customer service orientation and be able to communicate effectively with members and guests, prospective clients, & vendors.
- Possess excellent leadership and influencer skills and the ability to motivate and inspire staff and develop a strong team culture.
- Must be comfortable with meeting exceptions of a performance-based culture and driving revenue.
- Maintain client confidentiality.
- Have previous management, marketing, and sales experience within medspa industry.
- Possess the ability to identify and solve problems, set goals and expectations, delegate responsibilities, and effectively interact with and lead staff.
- Exhibit proficiency in establishing membership and retail sales goals and interpreting progress and trends in sales reports.
