Who You Are: You are a skilled and passionate Aesthetician who has at least one year of experience in the industry. Beyond your experience, you align with our core values and passion to create the best experience and results for our customers.
The Work: As an Eesthetician at Roddy MedSpa, you will play a critical role in helping our clients achieve their aesthetic goals by delivering a wide range of aesthetic treatments and services. You will work closely with our clients, providing consultations, administering treatments, and ensuring their overall satisfaction. This is a part-time role (15-20 hours) based at our Danvers, MA MedSpa, with the opportunity to become full-time based on performance.
Schedule: Monday (9-4), Wednesdays (1pm- 7 pm), Friday 9-3pm to start
Responsibilities:
- Client Consultations: Conduct thorough consultations to understand clients' skincare concerns and treatment goals. Provide expert recommendations and treatment plans tailored to their unique needs.
- Skincare Treatments:Administer a variety of skincare treatments, including custom facials, chemical peels, HydraFacials, ZO skin care and more, using advanced equipment and techniques to achieve optimal results.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest skincare products and treatments, and educate clients on recommended home care routines and products.
- Compliance, Sanitation, and Safety: Adhere to strict sanitation and safety protocols, ensuring a clean and sterile environment for both clients and staff.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate client records, treatment notes, and consent forms.
- Client Education: Educate clients on post-treatment care and provide guidance on achieving long-term skincare goals.
- Sales and Upselling: Promote and sell skincare products, packages, and additional services to enhance the client experience and increase revenue.
- Stay Informed: Stay current with industry trends, attend training, workshops, and conferences to improve skills and knowledge.
Requirements
- Current Massachusetts licensure as a licensed esthetician.
- Minimum 1 year experience recently in a medical spa or similar setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional customer service and client-focused attitude.
- Knowledge of skincare products, ingredients, and skincare regimens.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High attention to detail and sanitation practices.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and treatments.
