As the Regional Director of Operations, you will lead the administrative performance of multiple medical spa locations, ensuring they thrive operationally, financially, and culturally. You'll work closely with practice management teams and corporate leadership to drive growth, streamline operations, and uphold our mission, vision, and values. This role requires a results-driven professional with exceptional leadership, strategic planning, and decision-making skills.
Leadership & Communication
- Champion Empower Aesthetics’ mission, vision, and values, fostering a professional and compassionate culture.
- Implement innovative initiatives while maintaining seamless communication between locations and corporate leadership.
- Drive operational success for both existing locations and new acquisitions.
Operational Management
- Oversee administrative operations for regional locations, ensuring exceptional service, quality, and financial performance.
- Monitor and optimize resource utilization to meet patient and staff needs effectively.
- Manage financial growth, labor, and clinical outcomes across locations.
Strategic Development & Execution
- Analyze performance data to make informed decisions and implement process improvements.
- Assess regional strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT) to maintain a competitive edge.
- Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute growth strategies.
Compliance & Financial Oversight
- Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements, and contractual obligations.
- Contribute to operational budget planning and manage P&L responsibilities.
Team Development & Talent Management
- Lead hiring, training, and performance evaluations for administrative staff in partnership with HR.
- Invest in the development of Practice Managers, promoting high performance and engagement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (MBA preferred).
- 3–5 years of leadership experience in multi-site operations (healthcare or retail preferred).
- Proven ability to identify and lead growth opportunities.
- Strong understanding of business success drivers, balancing patient and team satisfaction.
