Dolce Vita Health & Beauty is looking for a Part-time Spa Coordinator who shares our passion for excellence and is enthusiastic about creating the ultimate service experience for our clients. The Spa Coordinator plays an essential role in establishing a positive and lasting relationship with our clients and works with the team to ensure the spa maximizes all appointment opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
This position is solely responsible for the first impression each guest receives as they enter our space by providing a welcoming, professional, and hospitable experience
Greet, direct and provide exceptional customer service to our visitors and clients in a cheerful and professional manner
Answer and direct incoming calls
Maintain the cleanliness of spa including lobby, kitchen, and bathrooms
Keeping up on laundry for the spa (towels and sheets)
Handle a variety of administrative duties
Qualifications:
21 years of age or older
Team player
Be a self-starter and productive worker
Comfortable using computer-based booking software
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Punctual and dependable with excellent work ethic
Strong computer, communications and telephone skills
Strong organization skills with a detail-oriented perspective
Previous retail, customer service or spa experience is preferred, but not required
Able to work on weekends
