Overview
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Medical Aesthetician to join our team. This role involves providing advanced skincare treatments and ensuring exceptional client experiences. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of skincare, is client-focused, and is dedicated to delivering high-quality service. Laser certification is recommended for this position but not required.
Aesthetician License required.
Laser specialist applicants must provide documentation verifying their credentials in compliance with Florida law.
Duties
- Perform a variety of aesthetic services, including Hydrafacial, chemical peels, microneedling, and other skin treatments.
- Perform laser skin rejuvenation in accordance with established protocols.
- Conduct thorough consultations with clients to assess their needs and determine appropriate treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate client records and document treatment progress using MedSpa software.
- Educate clients on post-treatment care and skincare products, demonstrating their benefits and encouraging purchases to support treatment outcomes.
- Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and sanitized according to health and safety regulations.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in laser technology and aesthetic treatments.
- Consistently achieve or surpass individual sales and service goals.
- Collaborate with other team members to create a welcoming and professional environment for clients.
