Overview:
We are seeking for a dedicated LPN or Registered Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for client services and possess a diverse skill set in various aesthetic treatments.
Duties:
-Be able to engange and sell treatments and skin care products to clients that are coming for consultation.
- Perform neurotoxin, Derma fillers and others aesthetic Injections as well as laser treatments, chemical Peels and other medical aesthetic treatments that we offer (we do offer in house training for some of the treatments)
- Administer follow up appointments to ensure the results of treatments and clients satisfaction.
- Keep records of patient accurately and report results to our medical director and company manager.
- Assist in client assessments and develop plans for their future needs to increase client retention and referrals.
- Educate clients on home skincare products that we offer. ( Product knowledge training and retail commissions are available)
Qualifications:
- Minimum of ONE year of experience as a Aesthetic nurse injector.
- Valid LPN or RN license.
_ INTRODUCTION AND ADVANCED Neorotoxins and Derma Filllers Certification
- Proven experience as an Aesthetics injector (before and after pictures, previous job references, clients reviews etc...)
- Proficiency in sterile processing techniques and infection control practices
- Strong understanding of client care principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work on aesthetic Med Spa environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Ability to help with marketing and promote for your services.
