Responsibilities:
- Assist with patient care coordination and treatment education.
- Maintain and update medical records and patient information in electronic systems such as JaneApp and Aesthetic Records.
- Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and greeting patients.
- Provide support in client profile completion and compliance.
. Keeps note of supply numbers and inventory for upcoming appointments. Coordinates with clinicians on ordering of supplies when needed.
- Assist with retail sales of promotions or products.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure smooth workflow and client satisfaction.
- Create and post engaging content across social media platforms, especially Instagram stories, with proficiency and creativity.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have the Following Skills:
- Ability to open and close the Med Spa if needed.
- Efficiently handle daily phone calls.
- Accurately book appointments and update schedules throughout the day.
- Proficiency in Electronic Medical Records (EMRs).
- Warm personality for greeting and checking in/out clients promptly.
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
- Initiative and proactive approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Email).
- Expertise in social media posting and monitoring.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a medspa setting.
- Familiarity with Electronic Health Records (EHRs).
