We are seeking a highly motivated, service-oriented individual to join our team as a Front Desk Receptionist/Retail Sales Specialist. Per our policy, candidate must not be a current or past client. The ideal candidate is extremely outgoing, able to adapt quickly in a fast paced environment and someone that will consistently go the extra mile for our loyal clientele.

Primary responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

Greeting patients and answering phones in a professional, courteous, and enthusiastic manner
Check-in and check-out for aesthetic and clinical services
Scheduling of appointments for aesthetic and clinical providers
Addressing telephone inquiries about products and services
Educating patients about skin care product lines.
Assisting patients with the selection of skin care products.
Retail product inventory management

Required Qualifications

An outgoing, personable, customer-care driven individual.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong computer skills in Windows based programs. Experience with Electronic Medical records preferred.
Team player who also works well independently.
Ability to successfully handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize while maintaining a superior level of service to patients.
Outstanding attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in a Dermatology or Medical environment, Medi-spa or Aesthetic related business is strongly preferred
Interest and knowledge of skin care products preferred
Prior Experience in product sales a plus
High school diploma or equivalent education required, Associates or Bachelors Degree preferred

Job Type: Full time.

Salary: Negotiable based on education and experience.

Location/Transportation
Our office is located in Hickory, NC. All candidates must have reliable transportation.

Our hours are as follows Monday-Thursday 8:30am to 6pm and Friday from 8:30am to 4:00pm, Saturdays 8:30-2pm. Qualified candidates must be able to work within these hours without restriction.
