Job Description:
As an Aesthetician at Divine Med Spa & Clinic, you will deliver high-quality skincare and beauty treatments to our valued clients. This position is commission-based, offering an exciting opportunity to earn based on your performance and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide Professional Treatments: Perform a variety of aesthetic services including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and body treatments in accordance with company protocols and industry standards.
Client Consultations: Conduct thorough consultations to assess clients’ skincare needs and recommend appropriate treatments and products.
Sales and Upselling: Actively promote and sell skincare products and additional services to clients, achieving sales targets and maximizing commission potential.
Maintain Client Records: Keep accurate and detailed records of client treatments, preferences, and progress to ensure personalized service.
Ensure Cleanliness and Safety: Maintain a clean and hygienic work environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
Stay Current: Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends, techniques, and products to provide cutting-edge treatments and advice.

Qualifications:

Licensure: Valid state license for Aestheticians or Cosmetologists.
Experience: Proven experience in providing a range of aesthetic services in a professional setting.
Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Sales Ability: Strong sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
Passion: A genuine passion for skincare and beauty, with a commitment to delivering outstanding client experiences.
