Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Aesthetician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in cosmetology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As an Aesthetician, you will be responsible for delivering a variety of beauty treatments, ensuring client satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and sanitized work environment.

Duties

Perform a range of aesthetic services including facials, body waxing, eyelash extensions, and makeup application.
Ensure all tools and equipment are properly sanitized before and after each use to maintain a safe environment for clients.
Provide personalized consultations to clients to understand their skincare needs and recommend appropriate treatments.
Upsell additional services and retail products to enhance client experience and meet sales goals.
Manage social media accounts by posting engaging content that showcases services, promotions, and client transformations.
Maintain accurate records of client treatments and preferences in our Millennium software system.
Stay updated on the latest trends in skincare and beauty treatments to provide clients with the best options available.

Experience

Valid cosmetology license is required.
Previous experience in body waxing, eyelash extensions, and makeup application is preferred.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Experience in retail sales and upselling techniques is advantageous.
Familiarity with social media management for promoting services is a plus.
A proactive attitude towards continuing education in the beauty industry is encouraged.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
