Chi Aesthetics MedSpa and Wellness Center is an upcoming, growing aesthetics and wellness center in Staten Island. We are looking for energetic, passionate individuals who want to grow and evolve with our company. As a business, our goal is to empower our employees to create lasting relationships with our clients while helping them feel confident inside and out.

What we are looking for:

We seek an experienced medical aesthetician who is genuinely friendly, outgoing, and passionate about aesthetics. Must be results-oriented and a quick learner that is adaptable and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Must have excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities:

Ability to comfortably administer aesthetic treatments

Must be willing to learn all services offered by our practice

Educate clients on our services and assist in growing our aesthetics business

Build and maintain positive and long-lasting client relationships

Maintain clean and presentable work stations, practice proper sanitation methods

Ability to educate patients on options for skincare treatment

Ability to develop individualized skincare treatment plans

Document all patient encounters

Adherence to appointments in a timely manner

Ability to recognize client's needs and customize individual care

Ability to deliver treatment-focused results while following company policies and protocols

Knowledge of and ability to promote in-clinic products suitable for client's skin tone/texture

Make clients feel like they are the most important appointment of your day

Job Qualifications:

1-3 Years’ experience preferred

Esthetician Certificate/License in NY

Experience in microdermabrasion, facial peels, facial procedures

Computer skills and ability to learn client management software

Knowledge of skin typing, acne/hyperpigmentation

Must have excellent organization skills and attention to detail
