We are seeking a skilled and passionate Esthetician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in skincare and beauty treatments, with the ability to provide exceptional guest services. As an Esthetician, you will play a vital role in enhancing the overall experience of our clients while promoting healthy skin and beauty practices.

Responsibilities

Perform a variety of skincare treatments, including facials, chemical peels, and microdermabrasion. Knowledge and experience in lash extensions.
Provide expert advice on skincare regimens and products tailored to individual client needs.
Manage client appointments and maintain accurate records using salon software.
Assist with retail sales by recommending products that complement treatments.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their concerns and preferences.
Stay updated on the latest trends in skincare, hair extensions, and beauty techniques.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment areas in accordance with health regulations.

Qualifications

Valid esthetician license as required by state regulations.
Strong knowledge of dermal fillers, color theory, hair styling, and barbering is a plus.
Experience in guest services with excellent communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while providing outstanding customer service.
Familiarity with salon software for appointment scheduling and client management.
A passion for the beauty industry and commitment to ongoing professional development.
